The Role


As a Personal Wealth Adviser, you will:

  • Deliver holistic financial planning advice that helps clients meet both immediate and long-term goals.
  • Build and manage trusted, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Onboard new clients and expand your portfolio through referrals and business development strategies.
  • Apply cashflow modelling and technical analysis to create tailored financial plans.
  • Stay ahead of regulatory and market developments to ensure best client outcomes.

About You

We are looking for someone who can demonstrate:

  • Level 4 Diploma in Financial Advice (Level 6 / Chartered desired but not essential).
  • Proven experience delivering comprehensive financial planning.
  • Strong knowledge across investments, pensions, and protection.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to manage a varied portfolio in a dynamic environment.
  • Commitment to professional standards and continuous learning.
