This independent London brokerage has built a genuinely warm and close-knit Private Client team where people support each other, share ideas openly, and enjoy coming into work. There's no corporate noise here - just good people doing good work together.
And importantly, if you have ideas, they'll be listened to.
They're looking for a senior High Net Worth Account Handler to act as a trusted right-hand person to the Team Leader - someone who enjoys being a technical referral point, mentoring others, and helping less experienced staff thrive.
What you'll be doing
- Managing a portfolio of High Net Worth and Private Client risks, premiums around £20k
- Acting as a go-to referral point for colleagues
- Supporting the Team Leader in the day-to-day running of the team when they are away
- Mentoring and sharing knowledge with other handlers
- Building strong relationships with clients and insurers
Around 85% of the portfolio is renewals, with financial incentives linked to performance and retention, plus a monthly bonus structure.

You must have
- Experience handling High Net Worth / Private Client insurance
- Strong technical knowledge and confidence managing complex risks
- A collaborative and supportive approach to teamwork
