This position offers you the chance to build out the proposition and sky's the limit.

This rapidly expanding brokerage firm has offices in 7 locations within the west corridor of England, operates £45m GWP, recruiting over 90 staff and is looking to expand further throughout the country. As they continue to grow, they are looking for a talented individual who can drive business development and help them expand their market presence within the HNW market.

Role Overview

As a Private Clients Account Executive, you will be responsible for developing and managing a book of business within the private client market. You will have the freedom and support to leverage your entrepreneurial flair in identifying, prospecting, and cultivating relationships with high-net-worth individuals and families and have exceptional opportunity to work with colleagues within the commercial markets to cross-sell into their clients as well as the marketing and back office support. Your goal will be to understand their unique needs, provide customised solutions, and foster long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential clients in the private client segment and develop strategic prospecting strategies.
  • Cultivate and nurture relationships with high-net-worth individuals and families.
  • Assess client needs and provide comprehensive insurance and financial solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to tailor products and services to meet client requirements.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to deliver exceptional service.
  • Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets to contribute to overall company growth.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering ongoing support and exceptional customer service.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven track record in business development and sales within the private client segment.
  • Strong network and ability to build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated entrepreneurial mindset with a self-starting attitude.
  • Solid understanding of insurance and financial products relevant to the private client market.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Results-oriented with a drive to achieve and exceed targets
