Are you a driven and qualified Lawyer with 3-7 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) seeking a dynamic career in private equity?
We are a leading international law firm with a renowned private equity practice seeking a talented Associate to join our team in London.
About the role:
Candidates must be UK qualified
In this exciting role, you will play a vital role in supporting our team on a wide range of private equity transactions, including:
Mergers and acquisitions
Leveraged buyouts
Venture capital investments
Fund formation and structuring
Portfolio company work
Exit transactions
You will work closely with Partners and Senior Associates, gaining exposure to all aspects of the private equity lifecycle. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your legal expertise and deal with complex matters in a fast-paced and rewarding environment.
What we are looking for:
A qualified Lawyer with experience in private equity transactions
A strong understanding of the legal and commercial issues relevant to private equity deals
Excellent drafting, negotiation and execution skills
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and meet tight deadlines
A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A collaborative and team-oriented approach
A keen interest in the private equity industry
