Property Litigation Senior Associate
Job description
Our client, an award winning Top 50 national law firm seeks to appoint an experienced property litigation lawyer to join their growing team based in Birmingham.
Joining this friendly, supportive partner led team you'll handle a mixed caseload of matters arising from all manner of property related disputes, including boundary disputes, dilapidation and disrepair claims and disputes under the Landlord & Tenant Act 1954. You'll be advising a diverse portfolio of clients including property developers, investors, lenders, individuals and owner-occupiers. Whilst a minimum of 3 years' experience would be ideal, there is some flexibility and the firm is interested to speak to more experienced lawyers at senior associate level or equivalent. In addition you will have relevant background in property litigation gained with another recognised regional or national firm.
