Property Litigation Solicitor

Job description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Property Litigation Solicitor to join a well-respected and growing law firm at their Nottingham office.

Our client is a leading name in the Midlands market, recognised in the Legal 500 for their commercial and property expertise. Their specialist real estate litigation team is known for advising a wide range of landlord and tenant clients on complex, high-value property disputes.

Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of quality instructions, the firm is seeking a Property Litigation Solicitor with 5+ years PQE to play a key role in the team. As well as managing your own busy and varied caseload including matters such as commercial landlord and tenant disputes (lease renewals, dilapidations, break notices), trespass and possession claims, adverse possession, restrictive covenants, boundary disputes and professional negligence claims you will also be responsible for mentoring and supporting Junior Lawyers within the department.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident and commercially-minded Litigator who enjoys client contact, technical work and team development. In return, you'll benefit from a clear progression path, competitive salary and a supportive, forward-thinking firm culture.
