Our prestigious international law firm is seeking a talented mid-level real estate finance associate to join our dynamic London team. In this role, you will play a key role in supporting partners and senior associates on a wide range of high-profile real estate finance transactions.
What You Will Do:
- Conduct due diligence on real estate assets and financing structures.
- Draft and negotiate complex loan documentation, including facility agreements, security documents, and intercreditor agreements.
- Manage transaction timelines and ensure efficient deal execution.
- Collaborate with colleagues across practices to deliver exceptional client service.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest legal and market developments in real estate finance.
Who You Are:
- Admitted to practice law in England and Wales (PQE 3-5 years).
- Strong academic credentials and a demonstrably successful track record in real estate finance.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- The ability to work independently while also being a strong team player.
- Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research databases.
- Fluency in English, with additional languages a plus.
