Are you an experienced Account Executive with a strong network in the real estate sector?
This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established and respected insurance broker that's investing in growth within the residential and commercial property market.

The Role
You'll take the lead in developing and growing the real estate division, working with property investors, developers, managing agents and asset managers across London and the South East.
The business already services an established base of clients and has a national HQ outside of London. They plan to expand the team in London with a new office opening - giving you both a strong platform and room to grow.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop relationships within the residential and commercial real estate sectors
- Build and grow a portfolio of property clients, delivering tailored insurance and risk solutions
- Identify and convert new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and industry engagement
- Negotiate effectively with underwriters to secure competitive, comprehensive cover
- Collaborate with internal Account Handlers and technical specialists to deliver outstanding service
- Contribute to the strategic growth of the firm's real estate practice
About You
- Proven experience as an Account Executive or Senior Account Handler within commercial or real estate insurance
- Strong technical knowledge of property owners, liability, development and construction risks
- A confident communicator with a consultative, relationship-driven approach
- Capable of developing new opportunities while maintaining existing client relationships
- Cert CII (or working towards) preferred - full study and qualification support available
