We are delighted to be assisting this highly regarded boutique law firm in its search for a Regulatory Partner or Legal Director to lead the regulatory offering at the practice. The position comes with the opportunity to grow a regulatory team with the investment of a specialist practice.
The Position
This firm is recognised as being a leading practice when it comes to employment law specifically offering advice to a employers and employees both locally and nationally. The firm is keen to bolster its offering with complementary services which include regulatory work. There is a work stream available for this hire, and a key client network which they can leverage.
The Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will be:
- Senior Regulatory Solicitor - ideally Legal Director or Partner level
- Experience in offering regulatory advice to employers or employees within a regulated environment such as financial services, insurance or legal
- Keen to grow a practice and offering but with the backing of a recognised brand
- Ideally based locally to one of the key offices - London, Reading or Bristol
