We are seeking a talented and ambitious Restructuring Associate (3-7 PQE) to join our dynamic team in London. In this role, you will play a vital role in advising clients on a wide range of restructuring and insolvency matters, working alongside leading partners and senior associates.

What You Will Do
Advise clients on a broad range of restructuring and insolvency matters, including schemes of arrangement, administrations, liquidations, and cross-border restructurings
Draft and negotiate key transaction documents, such as restructuring plans, sale and purchase agreements, and intercreditor agreements
Conduct legal due diligence and prepare detailed legal analysis
Assist with client meetings, presentations, and pitches
Manage and mentor junior team members
Stay up-to-date on the latest developments in restructuring and insolvency law
What You Bring
3-7 years of PQE experience in restructuring and insolvency law
A strong academic background in law
A proven ability to deliver high-quality legal work under pressure
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
The ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently
A genuine interest in restructuring and insolvency law
