We are seeking a talented and ambitious Restructuring Associate (1-6 PQE) to join our dynamic London team. This is an exceptional opportunity to work alongside leading restructuring Lawyers on high-profile insolvency and turnaround matters across a variety of industries.


About the Role:

Advise clients on all aspects of corporate restructurings, workouts, and insolvencies.
Conduct due diligence, draft legal documents, and manage transactions efficiently.
Develop strong client communication skills and build relationships with key stakeholders.
Stay up-to-date on the latest restructuring laws and regulations.

About You:

Minimum of 1 year (PQE) to 6 years (PQE) of experience in a leading restructuring practice.
A strong academic background in law.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a commercial mindset.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
