A branded international practice known for its strengths in the M&A and private equity transactions are looking to hire a Senior Associate to their corporate practice in Leeds.

This role is working closely with the leading Corporate Partner in Leeds who is a market leader M&A and private equity space.

You will be required to advise on broad range of matters such as private M&A, private equity, joint ventures and general corporate work. Matters are primarily cross-border, complex with exciting brands and offer the associate a great deal of responsibility in leading on matters, managing clients and juniors.

Applicants

• Strong academics, articulate with a solid foundation gained within corporate and M&A from a branded law firm
