Are you an experienced Corporate Solicitor looking for your next challenge? Our client, a leading national law firm, is seeking a Senior Associate to join their Birmingham office, advising on a wide range of corporate matters including M&A, corporate finance, private equity, joint ventures, fundraising, shareholder agreements, and general corporate advisory work. Many of these transactions have an international dimension.


About the role:

  • Take a central role in the delivery of corporate transactions, drafting key documents and managing deal progress.
  • Work with a diverse client base, from innovative start-ups and university spinouts to established companies and management teams.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across multiple offices to gain broader exposure and experience.
  • Contribute to business development initiatives and help grow the practice.
  • Supervise and mentor junior lawyers, playing a key role in their professional development.


What we're looking for:

  • Qualified solicitor with 4+ years PQE and strong transactional corporate experience.
  • Proven ability to manage deals independently or as part of a team.
  • Experience in M&A essential; private equity knowledge beneficial but not required.
  • Enthusiastic, client-focused, and keen to contribute to team growth.
