Senior Associate/Legal Director - Litigation

Job description

This forward thinking, national litigation firm is looking to speak to Senior Litigation Specialists who are looking for a new approach to their career. You'll ideally have a minimum of 5 years PQE and will have a solid background within the insurance litigation arena. Knowledge and experience in commercial litigation and/or property coverage claims is desirable but not essential.

As the lead Lawyer you will be an instrumental and vital function in the litigation process on behalf of clients. You'll also mentor and develop a team of Solicitors and Paralegals. You'll be expected to work collaboratively with clients and other team members to deliver the best outcome.

Recent lateral hires at the firm have resulted in exciting new revenue streams and this opens up new opportunities to gain experience in niche markets such as marine and aviation work.

A key element with this role is the flexibility offered - allowing you to manage your own schedule of 7 hours work a day anytime between 7am and 8pm; this combined with a hybrid approach to in-office work (2 days a week) will provide a working environment you truly are in control of.
