Senior Claims Broker

Are you an experienced Senior Claims Broker whose core values include going above and beyond for your clients?!

Our client, a highly respected Broker are looking for a Senior Claims Broker who has handled a mix of Commercial Claims and has the ability to be client facing in the event of a claim.

The role;

  • The main purpose of the role will involve you handling claims in an efficient and timely manner and attend losses when required.
  • Have the ability to identify individual training requirements and building the skills and knowledge of team members.
  • You will produce claims reports and handle all complex commercial claims including Liability, Property, Financial Lines and Motor.
  • Develop and manage strong relationships with external parties, such as Insurers, Solicitors, Loss Adjusters.

What we need from you;

  • Previous claims broking experience is essential.
  • Good time management and excellent communication skills are a must!
  • You will have knowledge & understanding of a claims management function including its processes and procedures.
  • You will have the ability to liaise with key stakeholders across the business.
