About Our Client
A leading Financial Services group has an opportunity for a Senior Financial Planning Administrator to join their team in Birmingham.

About the Role
This role will support Financial Planners with back office and client support for financial and wealth planning that includes investment, estate and retirement planning.

The main duties of this role include;

  • Supporting new and existing business cases
  • Preparing documentation for client meetings
  • Responding to client enquiries
  • Fund switches
  • Preparing valuations reports
  • Processing withdrawal requests
  • Liaising with providers and third parties to obtain client information
  • Updating systems and updating clients of progress of cases
  • Ensure compliance standards are kept prior to business being submitted

Applicant requirements;

  • Ideally, this opportunity will suit and individual with a background providing support and administration across Financial Planning for IFA's, Financial Planners or Financial/ Wealth Advisers
  • Be able to work towards deadlines and prioritise workloads
  • Be professional, organised and offer good communications skills both written & verbal
  • Team player
