Senior SIPP/SSAS Administrator

A well-established and highly respected investment and wealth management firm is looking to appoint a SIPP Administrator to join their growing operations team.

This business has built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality financial planning and investment solutions, with a long-standing presence in the market and a collaborative, people-first culture. Due to continued growth, they are now seeking an experienced pensions professional to support their expanding client base.

The Role

You'll play a key role in administering a portfolio of pension schemes, ensuring a high standard of service is delivered to clients, advisers, and internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Administering Self-Invested Personal Pensions (SIPPs) from cradle to completion
  • Processing contributions, transfers, and benefit payments
  • Liaising with IFAs, clients, and third-party providers
  • Ensuring all work complies with regulatory and internal standards
  • Supporting senior team members on more complex cases where required

What They're Looking For

  • Previous experience in pensions administration (essential)
  • Experience with SIPPs or SSAS (preferred but not essential)
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Ability to manage workloads effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • A team player with a proactive and professional approach
