Servicing Account Executive

Job description

You know, there is better things about being an Executive than pulling your hair out prospecting for new business and stressing about the looming monthly sales targets.

You're a professional broker, skilled in commercial insurance and you'd much rather be applying that to quality existing clients, helping them at renewal and building great relationships.

After all, that probably what you signed up for when you decided to be an Account Executive.

Here you'll be joining this award-winning insurance brokerage as part of their Executive team where you'll play more of a servicing role to the firm's top key clients.

And that's everything from construction, engineering, food & drink and licensed trade to hotels & leisure and professional services. But crucially, these clients will be referred to you from the existing Executives who will provide you thorough introductions and ongoing client management support.

The portfolio on offer will depend on your own expectations but will sit somewhere in the £150k to £250k income bracket to start off with.

Up and above this core servicing remit, you'll still have opportunities to grow your book but don't worry, you'll not be scouring industrial estates or hammering the phones.

This business have a dedicated pipeline management service who refer qualified appointments into the executive team diary meaning to deliver growth, you just need to convert the odd client or two.

Here you'll enjoy first class mentoring from the Owners as part of a professional development system and further benefit from local broking, admin and claims support.

This brokerage has a highly consultative approach to how they deal with their clientele. Its not a heavy sales or price based culture here, rather it's a technical, selective and solutions led way of doing things.

The package here includes a base salary to £46,000, car allowance, bonus structure and benefits package.

Oh, and ideally, you'll need to be able to get into Ayrshire regularly.

So if inheriting a superb books of business and working alongside a skilled team of people in Ayrshire appeals then get in touch and I can tell you all about the opportunity.

And don't worry if you don't have a CV, I can help you with that no problem.
