You'll be joining the established Training and Customer Success team who are right at the very heart of the overall business operations in a role which will evolve rapidly.

Day to day, you'll be working with their existing and new platform users across both the insurer and intermediary markets.

You'll be building and delivering bespoke training to these stakeholders, helping them improve their usage, understanding and effectiveness of the platform and its key features.

One day you may be supporting a small brokerage with their platform utilisation, the next may be implementing and presenting a key training project for a global insurer.

All the while supporting the sales teams with their new client on-boarding and looking at ways to continuously improve user engagement and enhancing training materials.

It's a home based role with your training remit being mixed across virtual work and some client facing work as required.

Ideally you'll have some experience in devising or delivering training programs & projects across the insurance space.

It's a home based role with a package including car allowance of up to £45,000.
