Job description

I'm currently recruiting for a Client Administrator position with a well-respected wealth management firm based in Bath. They're looking for someone with experience in financial services administration, ideally already based in or near the Bath area.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with Financial Advisors to provide proactive assistance
  • Manage calendars and schedule client meetings
  • Communicate with affluent and high-net-worth clients to ensure a seamless process and positive experience
  • Assemble meeting materials for Advisors before client meetings
  • Raise invoices where required
  • Database management
