About Us:

The Role:
We're looking for a detail-oriented Account Handler to join their team and support Account Executives in delivering high-quality service to clients across these specialist sectors. You'll play a key role in the day-to-day management of accounts, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for clients and insurers alike.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Account Executives in the servicing of commercial, charity, and education sector clients
- Handle renewals, mid-term adjustments, and general policy administration
- Prepare documentation, renewal reports, and policy schedules
- Liaise with insurers to negotiate terms and secure appropriate cover
- Manage client queries efficiently and maintain strong communication
- Ensure all activities comply with FCA regulations and internal procedures
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in an Account Handler or similar insurance broking role
- Working knowledge of commercial insurance lines
- Experience supporting clients in charity or education sectors is a plus
- Strong communication, accuracy, and organisational skills
- Cert CII qualification or working toward it (preferred)
- A team player with a client-first approach and a willingness to learn
