Managing clients right across the full commercial lines arena, they employ some of the best Executives and brokers in the region and offer a wide suite of services across broking, claims and risk management.
Your day to day here will include;
- Leading a team of Account Executives to inspire them to improve
- Full P&L responsibility of the operation
- Management of a handful of key clients
- Driving strategic decisions for client development and sales
- Oversight of operational work and leading key members of the operational team
- Oversight of insurer management and placement
- Board level reporting
As this is a newly created remit, you can make the role your own and have a fresh opportunity to bring ideas and initiatives to the table.
Ideally you'll already be operating in a Senor Executive or Managerial capacity from with the broking or insurer sides of the industry and have a solid background in commercial lines insurance business.
Either way, the remit here will give you the platform to inspire those around you by delivering clear, strategic leadership to an already high performing team.
Base salary to £80k plus superb benefits package. Ideally you'll be based around the Central region of Scotland and be able to work in the office a minimum of 2 days per week.
