The team here provide broking and risk services to the corporate and commercial client markets with annual income in the multiple 7 figures.

The clientele is varied across most key industry sectors, and the retention is extremely high within the business.

Your job here is to steer the ship towards further success and week to week you'll be…

  • Designing and executing sales strategy in line with your regional objectives
  • Representing your business externally, both regionally and nationally
  • Overseeing the organic growth strategy and building talent pipelines
  • Running the P&L for the branch
  • Overseeing operations
  • Driving positive cultural improvements and change

Ideally, you'll have a solid background in the commercial or corporate broking arenas.
