You've built up some great technical insurance experience and it would be a shame to lose that hands on knowledge.

Spearheading a specialist insurance division, you'll lead the day to day management of your team which consist mainly of experienced Account Brokers where you'll handle performance management, delegation, recruitment and career planning.

But up and above that is where things get very interesting for you.

Handling complex referrals, challenging insurers, delivering placement strategy and working on insurer pricing deals are all part of the overall remit here.

And this is just the start. The firm have extremely ambitious plans for further growth meaning you can push towards your even bigger goals whether that's developing your strategic acumen or building a bigger team.

Ideally you'll have experience in leading an insurance team with strong people management and technical broking skills.
