This is a classic Claims Executive role, designed to manage strategic client relationships and get involved in the larger, complex cases.

You'll be working with a variety of commercial based claims including property, fleet, casualty, business interruption, disease and PI cases so a good cross class knowledge will be essential.

You'll be out meeting clients as often as possible with your non-client facing work managed either at home or in the city centre offices.

The autonomy you'll be given will allow you to really focus on the job in hand although you will also benefit from working beside other members of the same group locally to provide a bit of support as and when required.

In Scotland, they operate across a branch network, with a regional claims team in place to support the various divisions and offices at the front line.

Are you the right match….

You'll need a background in commercial claims for this one, ideally with experience in handling EL/PL, property and commercial motor-based cases from either a broker or insurer background.

As this is a client facing role, you'll need to have the confidence and gravitas to deal with key contacts in SME and larger corporate firms at a face to face level to develop strategic relations and manage complex claims work.

You'll be working from the main Glasgow trading hub a couple of days a week so ideally, you'll be in commutable distance from the city centre.
