This is an exciting opportunity for a Court of Protection Solicitor to join one of the most well-regarded Court of Protection offerings in the South. The team is made up of many ranked and leading individuals in the Court of Protection space.

The team works with people who lack capacity because of mental illness, learning difficulties, an accident or old age assisting these clients with decisions around health and welfare or property and finances.
The successful candidate will be:

• Between NQ - 8 years PQE
• Experienced in dealing with Court of Protection work
• Able to handle Court of Protection matters with a degree of autonomy
