This opportunity will suit a Senior Employment Law Solicitor, with a client following, who is looking to a join a firm that can offer a national employment offering, a great degree of autonomy and genuine chance to lead this busy Birmingham office.

On offer is the chance to move into an Equity Partner position immediately, or as a Legal Director for this practice with a view to being promoted to Partner in 12 months. This is in addition to a competitive benefits package.
