Job description

We are exclusively recruiting on behalf of our client, a top tier national practice, who seek to recruit a Partner level candidate to join their Employment team in the Midlands.

Team

  • This employment team compromises of over 40 Fee Earners nationally
  • Providing specialist employment law and HR advisory service to a range of companies from PLCs to SMEs. This includes advice on disciplinary and grievance matters, unfair dismissal, discrimination, TUPE, whistleblowing, redundancy, restructures and strategic advice to senior management teams and boards. They also advise senior executives and professionals in all aspects of the employment relationship
  • Widely recognised for their inclusive attitude and diversity, winning 'Firm of the Year' at the UK Diversity Legal Awards and have achieved Silver in the Investors in People Award


Ideal Candidate

  • Partner level candidate with a following or referral network
  • Be involved in Business development and shaping the future strategy of the team
  • Experienced in managing the delivery of all Employment and HR needs for large clients
  • Advocacy experience at Tribunal


Remuneration/ Package

  • c.£110,000 - £130,000
  • Comprehensive benefits package
