Our client is looking for a Employment Solicitor to join its employment team in Cambridge. This Employment Solicitor position is openly offered to both part time and full time applicants, with flexible working.
You will work as part of a national employment team, working for both the employers and employees, dealing with a range of issues including; restrictive covenant disputes, employment tribunal litigation, advice on settlement agreements, corporate support, drafting employment contracts and working on data protection matters in the workplace.
You will be:
Ideally over 2 years PQE - although applications are considered from all levels of employment candidate
Experienced in employment law - ideally contentious and non-contentious
Open to working as a small team, which is part of a large national service line
