Financial Services Administrator

IDEX are representing a Wealth Management firm who are demonstrating strong growth via headcount and AUM and require a Financial Services Administrator to join their Leeds based offices.

This is a newly created role and will be responsible for assisting the Investment Management team in various aspects.

The ideal candidate;

  • Experience within a wealth management/financial services environment within the administrative teams.
  • Enthusiastic and confident individual, comfortable liaising with internal stakeholders and external clients
  • A strong numerical background
  • A genuine interest within the financial services industry

Key responsibilities of the role include;

  • Preparing meeting and presentation documents
  • Ensuring all client verification is up to date and maintained
  • Onboarding and suitability processes
  • Liaising with clients and intermediaries to take instructions on the portfolio in respect of third party payments and the receipt of funds.
  • Diary management for the Senior Investment Directors

Due to the nature of the role, the successful candidate will be office based Monday-Thursday.
