IDEX are exclusively recruiting for an exceptional opportunity for a Senior Technician / Technical Manager who would like to spearhead the development of an insurance process team for one of the most exciting Lloyds Brokers in London.

Heading up a small team , you will work in collaboration with Brokers and Account Managers, ensuring that, post placement, risks are handed over with sufficient information to process adequately and all queries are resolved in good time.

As Head of Broker Back up Team, you will work with the marine insurance teams as well as other contingency / specialty divisions, and will be an integral part of the development of their accounts

You're naturally savvy when it comes to IT and computers, you'll utilise various computer platforms, including in-house, Lloyds and company market systems, including CLASS, IBS, LORS, PPL and other systems

Leading by example, you and your team will prepare London Market quotes and renewal slips, cover, credit and debit notes, together with endorsements
