We are looking for a qualified Paraplanner who would be willing to take on the role of head of Paraplanning covering offices across Borehamwood, Swanley and West Wycombe.

This role will see you leading a team of x9 Paraplanners, varying across experience and knowledge you will be responsible for the day to day management including 1-2-1, appraisals, recruitment into the team and supporting progression and development.

This role will include travel between the above locations, it would be ideal for you to live close to one of these offices to use as your base but there will be flexibility for home working.

This opportunity is one that does not come onto the market very often, being attached to a business that has big growth plans to increase the adviser numbers to 200 advisers there will be a number of different career paths available to you to develop your career even further.
