Top international firm are looking for an experienced Employment lawyer/existing PSL with 8+ PQE to join their team.

The team currently consists of 3 PSL's working in collectively to support the Employment team throughout the UK.

The firms Employment team provide multijurisdictional employment services for some of the largest and best known employers in the world. The majority of the work is a mixture of general advice, employment litigation and transactional support.

Main duties include:

• Working closely with the marketing team to ensure that through the provision of value add services
• A significant focus on developing fee earning talent
• Supporting one or more of the workstream and sectors within the UK employment team
• Monitoring key developments in law and practice and keeping clients and client prospects up to date with need-to-know updates
• Contributing to key client relationships through horizon scanning, knowledge management and other value add services
• Profile raising activities such as article writing, contributing to external networks and committees, organising events and developing thought leadership materials
• This role would best suit a commercially minded lawyer who would look to add value to client relations and briefings through their understanding of client needs and extensive Employment knowledge
