Regional Sales Manager

You are a natural leader and skilled in all aspects of managing a team of highly successful Financial Planners; from sales management to coaching and mentoring, delivering change projects and driving adoption, through to supporting on strategy and business development.

You thrive on unlocking hidden potential amongst your team by spotting opportunities for personal and professional development, and challenging new ideas and concepts.

You lead from the front, having trod the path; with an intrinsic understanding of financial services, and want to put what you know into practice by contributing towards the future vision, propositional evolution and design. You're now looking for a structured business with a collaborative environment where your voice is heard and your opinions are considered.

IDEX Consulting are working on behalf of a growing National Wealth Management practice, who are seeing to appoint an experienced Sales Manager to oversee a team of Private Client Advisers. You will hold budgetary responsibility, and be accountable for the day-to-day management of your team in a supervisory capacity, with no fee-writing or T&C responsibility.
Working closely with the Group Distribution Director, you will support on the delivery and adoption of complex change projects, and help with propositional development and critical thinking; helping to challenge current and new concepts and implement fresh ideas and strategies.
You will be home-based but have the capacity to lead a client-facing team which are spread across Bristol and the M4 Corridor and have significant experience of providing retail financial advice and leading teams of Financial Planners.

Starting salary from £70-80K plus bonus and package.
