Residential Conveyancer

Job description

A well-established and highly regarded property firm, known for its expertise in residential conveyancing, is looking to further expand its successful team with the addition of an experienced Residential Conveyancer. Following sustained growth over recent years, the department is once again seeing positive development and strong client demand.


The Role:
You will handle a broad range of residential conveyancing matters including sales, purchases, freehold and leasehold transactions. The ideal candidate will have confidence in managing their own caseload independently, while also working collaboratively as part of a supportive team. The role offers the opportunity to work with a good degree of autonomy and minimal supervision.
A flexible working structure is available, with hybrid and remote options depending on experience and the ability to manage a caseload competently.


About You:
A minimum of 3 years' prior experience in a conveyancing role, with at least 2 years' experience at fee-earner level
Strong time management and organisational skills, with a proven ability to meet deadlines
Able to work independently and proactively manage a full caseload
Excellent communication skills and a genuine commitment to client care
