Our client has a stellar reputation for real estate work with a significant profile in London. The firm now seeks to appoint an experienced Residential Development Partner to join their flagship unit. With a proven track record advising clients which may include major residential developers, funders and house-builders on development, acquisition, disposal and strategic land work, you will play a key client led role within the department as a work generator and client relationship developer. It is envisaged that the successful candidate will have a strong personal client network and a track record of winning work and delivering on development projects for key clients.
