Senior Client Director

Job description

When you decided to become an Account Executive, did you ever stop and think about your 'why'?

Was it to pay off the mortgage early? Retire at 50? Or just provide a better life for you and your family?

Here you'll be joining the elite level of executives in this major broking business who are all working towards individual long term incentive plans worth up to £500,000 in as early as 5 years.

Already these guys have 8 people nationally working under this arrangement, many of them already halfway through and well on track.

If you want to operate as a generalist Executive, then that's great but if you see the value in specializing and have a niche you want to exploit then you can do that to.

Whether it's in Renewables, Technology, Agriculture, Distilleries, or anything else you might fancy, the corporate infrastructure here will support any niches that interest you.

So, the deal here for you?

Create, implement and execute your own 5 year plan to build out a clientele in any area you want.

You'll tap into every bit of support which is available to you including risk management, employee benefits specialists, private client divisions, M&A support and global market access.

This support infrastructure has all been designed to create a seamless service for your clients. Essentially making your job as straight forward as possible.

Being an Executive in insurance broking isn't easy. Its pressured, targeted, and you hold a load of responsibility on your shoulders.

Why wouldn't you want to be substantially rewarded for your efforts?

Salary here will be between £70,000 and £90,000 depending on how bold your plans are. Benefits include car allowance, pension scheme, health care and substantial holiday allowance.

This'll suit if you have a track record in providing insurance broking advice to commercial or corporate clientele and be able to build and execute a long-term development strategy.

And don't worry if you don't have a CV, I can help you with that.
