Requirements
- 8+ years' experience in structured and secured finance
- Strong background in repurchase and warehouse facilities, syndicated credit facilities and securitisations
- Ability to independently manage transactions from structuring through closing
- Experience drafting and negotiating complex finance and securitisation documentation
- Excellent academic credentials and communication skills
