UHNW Producer / Account Executive

Are you an established UHNW insurance professional looking for a platform that genuinely supports growth?

A leading global insurance group with a strong London market presence is expanding its Ultra High Net Worth Private Clients team and is seeking multiple experienced Producers / Account Executives to help build out UHNW proposition and work with some of the world's most sophisticated private clients, Family estates and sovereign wealth markets.

The Role

You will originate, advise, and manage complex insurance programmes for UHNW individuals, families, and family offices, acting as a trusted adviser and lead relationship owner. The role combines business development with high-level client servicing and London market placement.
You'll be supported by experienced technical, claims, and servicing teams - allowing you to focus on relationships, strategy, and growth.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Building and developing long-term relationships with UHNW clients and professional introducers
  • Originate new business and grow a sustainable UHNW portfolio
  • Structuring and placing bespoke, multi-line insurance programmes in the London market
  • Negotiating directly with insurers to secure best-in-class coverage and terms
  • Advising clients on complex risks across high-value homes, fine art, international assets, and specialty lines
  • Representing the business within the UHNW and professional adviser community


Who We're Looking For

  • Proven experience (5+ Years) within UHNW / high-value private clients insurance
  • Track record as a Producer, Account Executive, or Client Director in the UK, International or Global Market
  • Strong commercial instincts with a relationship-led, advisory approach
  • Credibility with insurers and confidence working with senior, high-profile clients
  • Discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail

Experience within a global broker or insurer, an existing UHNW network, and ACII qualification (or progress toward) are all advantageous but not essential.
