Underwriting Manager

Are you a Senior Underwriter who is looking to take the next step in your career?..... or perhaps an experienced Underwriting Manager who is looking for a change of scenery?.

You will be motivated and ambitious individual who will be responsible for leading and managing the operational underwriting function of the branch.

You will be applying underwriting and pricing strategy in order to deliver profit and income targets across your division.

You will be responsible for managing a team of Underwriters and act as a technical referral point across the team.

Part of your responsibilities will be for carrying out monthly reviews / 121's and continuously develop the technical capabilities within the branch.

You will be part of the senior management team who will be targeted to deliver a specified annual income target with a drive to focus on profitable business.

The successful candidate will either have previous experience managing a commercial underwriting team or are in a senior underwriting role looking to take the next step within your career will also be considered.

The salary on offer is up to £75k plus car allowance plus benefits.
