Role Overview: As an Account Handler, you will play a pivotal role in providing a comprehensive insurance service to our existing and potential clients. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing quotations through telephone or written communication.
  • Placing insurance cover as per client instructions.
  • Managing renewals by inviting and confirming them with clients.
  • Handling mid-term adjustments as required.
  • Assisting with claim issues when appropriate.
  • Collaborating with Account Executives to meet clients' needs and contribute to our business objectives and growth.
