Are you an experienced Operations Manager in the Midlands region looking for a new challenge?

You will be responsible for the following:

  • Ensuring all our binders are managed with insurers
  • Helping compliance with our procedures
  • Assisting with workflow management
  • Helping manage team members goals and objectives
  • Ensuring monthly declarations are submitted to insurers
  • Ensuring the annual client documentation is sent out correctly
  • Its not a people management role, and they would not be an overseer, more a facilitator to allow the team to focus on case management.

Understanding of the insurance market is essential.
