This brokerage is seeking an experienced insurance professional to join their team in Clydebank.

The role would be perfect an experienced Account Handler from either personal lines or private clients or even someone currently working within some sort of client focused insurance based role (claims, underwriting, etc) looking to progress into a client based Account Handling position.

Your responsibilities:

• Work on all aspects of account management and service delivery to clients, ensuring client needs are identified and met in line with agreed service standards.
• Manage all day to day queries, renewals, amendments and mid-term adjustments
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, prospects, client teams and producers to provide best in class service and drive growth.
• Serve as a client contact for day-to-day needs and answer standard or more difficult client questions to improve the client experience.
• Maintain a detailed understanding of changing market condition to understand and comply with all compliance, professional and transparency standards to better serve clients
