Are you all about building relationships, you know this is key to developing business in the long run. You are not someone who hunts new business and passes it on, that's not you, you have built the relationship and want to keep it. In fact you are that good at building relationships you are on their Christmas card list.
As a Relationship Manager you are responsible for the relationship of accounting clients delivering training and being the expert on the products offerings you have and are able to deliver technical updates on this.
These are warm clients but need you to build upon this so will need ongoing relationship development. You will be the point of contact for any queries your clients may have.
Ideally you have experience of working with accountancy firms but don't worry of you don't as this is more about the right person its more important you and have experience in building lasting relationships with clients. You will be highly numerate, confident and an excellent communicator.
