A well established and sizeable Lloyd's Insurance Broker are looking for a Senior Claims Advocate / Divisional Director to join the business.

The main purpose of the role will be to provide a quality claims service to all Downstream Energy, Power and Renewable clients together with advisory and servicing role to internal customers.

You will communicate regularly with clients to understand and meet their business requirements and personally provide an outstanding service and technical advice, expediting and negotiating best claims settlements.

You will be working closely with the Claims Manager and developing a strong and realistic business plan, ensuring this is in line with the larger Divisional Plan.

Provide leadership and guidance and manage the team responsibilities and be accountable for service delivery. You will be responsible for the team's performance against service standards and take remedial action as appropriate and hold regular team meetings. You will also act as a focal point for market intelligence.

To be considered for this role, you must have dealt with Energy Claims whether that be from an insurer, broker or adjusting firm. You must have had experience handling complex / difficult claims. This is a fantastic opportunity to take the next step up in your career into a senior role.

The salary on offer is up to £100,000 plus company benefits...… hybrid working is available.
