Tom has spent the past five and a half years recruiting lawyers across all levels, for in-house positions in the UK.

Tom has joined IDEX to establish the in-house legal function, assisting clients internationally with their legal hiring strategies. His focus is on delivering up to date market insights and finding suitable lawyers who understand the varied, highly commercial nature of in-house legal. He’ll also be working to build his network and relationships in the in-house legal market to provide support to key clients on a global scale.

Outside of work, Tom has a strong interest in football and rugby league, as well as Olympic weightlifting and chess!
